Yup. I can vouch for that. I hand wash my dishes every night. Pull any food scraps out of the drain with my fingers and toss them in the trash, and lug my clothes over to the laundromat once a week. We have a very efficient dishwasher that is set for maximum cleaning with minimum water usage. It also performs other various and sundry domestic chores. Only problem is, its kind of old and wearing out, and a bit goofy looking:

But my point was it was funny to laugh at her because it was ridiculous. No need to try and defend it, everyone her age should know what a garbage disposal is and that they are not harmful to the environment, I don’t care if you grew up in NYC and they’ve only been legal for 25 years. But also It’s not dumb enough to be a counter argument to most of what MTG says either. It’s just funny, doesn’t mean anything.
