    Similar issues over here…bought Fri and Sat separately; Friday in app correctly; Sat missing; tried to get live chat assistance but didn’t make it through the queue.

    So I just chatted with AXS UK. The customer service rep said the tickets will be sent to the AXS app close to the event date and that in my case they will be updated to reflect TC.

    Yeah, quite irritating. I know. But I am sure all our tickets will show properly closer to the event.

    Yeah they have time to sort it out I'll worry about it if it's not sorted the week before

    Having exaclty the same issues as mentioned above, will worry about it if not sorted the week before :)

    I messaged the official BST account on Twitter today.  They replied to say that they’re aware of the issue and are looking into it as a matter of priority.

    As long as everyone's in the same boat then it'll be fine. If I was the only one having issues I'd be more concerned.

    My 2 tickets have just appeared in the axs app for Friday, after earlier saying I had chose a different delivery method.

    Yeah mine too. Still no sign of the Saturday tix tho. They're clearly tinkering around with the system at the moment 'in the wild' when they should have been testing all this before it was live. Not very smart when they've been making such a fuss about downloading the BST app as well.

    Friday now showing for me too, Saturday still incorrect but assume it will be fixed in the coming days

    I received a 'Your tickets were delivered to your account!' message from AXS Tickets just a little while ago.

    1. Get the Venue or AXS mobile app through the links below.
    2. Open the app and sign in to your AXS account to see your tickets.
    3. Show the tickets in the app at the venue entrance and get them scanned to enter.

    On event night, please ensure you have downloaded the latest version of the app, your phones date and time settings are set to automatic and screen is set to maximum brightness.

    I have 2 weekend tickets booked and at the moment it looks like both tickets, for both days are on a single QR code... which seems very unlikely... I think they're still ironing out some technical issues.
