Has anyone who purchased Lolla Paris tickets from TM received a refund yet? How did you go about? I emailed TM a question but haven't heard back. I got the tickets mailed to me so I think I need to mail them back but would like to keep 1 of the 3 tickets I bought as I'm still going but not my two family members.
You should have gotten and email from Lolla Paris regarding your order - mine was dated July 10th 2020 - which gave you an option to refund if you had noit already done so. Refunds are only starting at the end of this month 8/31/20. This was the translated option they offered
"I cannot attend the 2021 edition of Lolla Paris. I request a refund of all the tickets in my order. Information regarding the refund of your order will be sent to you after 08/31/2020. The refund will be made by crediting the credit card used when ordering, or by check (depending on the method of payment for the order) between 07/09/2020 and 31/10/2020"
Not sure how it works for your order if you want to keep one ticket, but you could always refund the total order and then buy a new ticket for 2021. Hope that helps.

Thanks for the input. I will probably just send all the tickets back in the mail and then purchase another Paris ticket once I get the refunds. Unlikely to sell out any time soon!

Just a bit of info in case anyone is wating for refunds from Ryanair.
I initially applied for a cash refund for air tickets from Manchester to Budapest on the 19/5/20 via their online portal. I subsequently received some email from them re a cash voucher which I ignored. I decide to chase the refund last week via live chat and it became apparent that I was not in a cash refund queue and was instead earmarked for a viucher (even though I applied for the cash refund back in May and had ignored their email re voucher).
During this live chat they 'moved' me to the cash refund queue and today (about a week later) I have the refund back on my credit card.

So if anyone is waiting/assuming they are in line for a cash refund from Ryanair it might be worth following this up via their contact pages and insisting on them processing a cash refund.

Will that work? Chargeback I know is what you refer to but is this better than letting them take their time to sort it. I guess better for me if I get my money back quicker

No just regular GA for Budapest. No FOS like Zurich or Vienna.
While I am very skeptical about the timing on this since it is right before the election and an obvious political move by Trump to get a bump in votes, it is great news for us if true and is in fact a working vaccine. Just one step closer to having concerts again next year.

Got my last Ryanair refund yesterday (Berlin - Manchester) and received easyJet and Virgin Atlantic weeks ago. Have invested all the refunds in flights for 2021!
