This may be one of their best sounding vinyls.

I couldn’t agree more!  They did a great job on this one. The production...whoa

Overall presentation, little easter egg etchings, fantastic art direction and finishes on the packaging (even though the ALL CAPS font bothers me), it all adds up to so much extra thought and care beyond a great album.

I was thinking that after my first few listens. Just in terms of sound and production, this might be their best SOUNDING album since...Vs?

I’d definitely put it up there!  I love the way Binaural sounds but I’ll say Gigaton is at least the best sounding vinyl since then. In no order I put it in with these originals...

    No Code
    Yield
    Gigaton
    Vitalogy
    VS
    Binaural

    I think next would be
Ten, Riot Act and Lost Dogs

I thought LB, Backspacer and Avocado could’ve sounded better.

That's pretty much my list as well. I think the reissue of Avocado actually sounds better than the original.

Interesting. I haven’t heard any of the reissues except Ten, Vs and Vitalogy from the box sets. I might have to pick that one up someday.

Anyway, Gigaton is up there on sound for sure. They really did a fucking fantastic job on it. I listened to it outside by a fire last night through streaming and the vinyl just absolutely blows it away

1 complaint only. Should have spread the 12 tracks across all 4 sides.  Not a fan of a blank side of vinyl.  Tracks and sides could be:

    Side A
    Who Ever Said
    Superblood Woofmoon
    Dance Of The Clairvoyants

    Side B
    Quick Escape
    Alright
    Seven O’Clock

    Side C
    Never Destination
    Take The Long Way
    Buckle Up

    Side D
    Comes Than Goes
    Retrograde
    River Cross

They are the same cut, so you can see how you can’t get an accurate DR reading from a vinyl rip.
  • Yeah I’m getting 2 skips in Whoever Saud and 1 in SBWM. After cleaning

I feel like this album is what binaural was supposed to be (with regards to listening with headphones.)

Anybody know who to contact at tenclub for my record not playing right? I'm having problems on the A side of Gigaton I thought it was my needle but then I checked it on my other player upstairs and it continues to skip at the end of Dance of the Clairvoyants and during the start of Quick Escape, have dusted off the vinyl and still the same problems.  Any help would be appreciated. Thanks

Is the packaging identical on both the US and Euro versions ie. the finishes?
