    I’ll post here too because I can’t say it enough times...wow. Wow. Wow. This song is more than standard in every way. It is sublime and I can’t wait to listen several thousand times!!!!!

    I love both DotC and SBWM.  Different styles, but both are awesome.

    Not really a fan - maybe it'll grow on me. Thinking back to some of the previous 'experimental' stiff the band have put out....was recently listening to Binaural - think Slight of Hand has to be my fav piece of experimental.  Dont think these tracks come close....

    undone intro, feels like Lightning bolt, Johnny Guitar mixed with something you'd find on American Idiot

    I like it.....I Know it wont be my favorite track off the new album, but its a fun rocker. Sounded great being blasted on my morning commute

    Got to love the "2 post" commentator with nothing but bad intentions and the desire to rile.   Can you imagine being embarrassed because of the art that someone else produces?  I am writing it off to a tongue firmly embedded in a cheek......which sounds dirty but isn't....but maybe should be....

    Just curious. Of the 10 previous versions of Pearl Jam, how many do you like? People have been wanting another Ten since Vs instead of accepting this band changes every album. They do not go with the flow, why do so many people still hope they will?

    Same with DotC, didn't love it first listen, now I'm all about it. I have a feeling this album will be one of those that will take a few listens to really appreciate it.

    Bad intentions?? No, just giving my opinion that this song is terrible.  You're the Fan that whatever PJ releases is gold and great..
    DOTC was solid, but SBWM is terrible.

    Nope...I do try to take time to wrap my ears and brain around what the band was trying to achieve with each release.  With that said, there have been some swing and misses in my opinion--songs which others have liked/loved.  I guess I am a bit jaded by the number of people who post on here with the sole intention of putting "bait" out there for others to "fall for"....and presumed you were just doing the same.  Too early in the morning for me to process someone dubbing the new song "trash" or, more recently, "terrible"....to each their own--and I apologize for lumping you into the small vocal minority of folks on here who just want to raise the temperature of the room with their comments.  I hope the song grows on you...if not, the beauty of the digital age in music is that you don't even need to hear it again.

    I like this song better than DotC.  I’m actually glad this new stuff sounds different than all the rock that gets released today.   

    This song definitely has a Backspacer feel to it
