I’m telling everyone I just got back from Italy. This way everyone stays away. I know it’s not right but I can’t pass up an opportunity to have people stay away from me.
You should yell that as you paddle out when it is crowded lol.  Thanks for all the jersey city/Brooklyn/Manhattan updates.
I'll ride the wave where it takes me......

Ed should start putting together a coronavirus-centric set list for these shows.

Rats, Indifference, and Wash (your hands) are the 1st 3 songs that pop into mind.

I'm absolutely singing the chorus to Wash that way if they play it at either the Baltimore or NYC shows BTW.

    Any other suggestions?

    Let's get creative.
Wash is a must now!  In my 32 shows thus far I’ve never heard it.  I could get lucky on The Canadian Dates of this tour!  In fact I’m betting if the shows go on they open the tour with it now.

What really scares me about this is you get a sneak preview of what would happen if a serious...SERIOUS...airborne, highly contagious one of these little fuckers ever took hold across the planet.

People would start beating each other to death for masks and potable water within days.

It's pretty crazy how thin the line is between humans living in a civilized world and abject chaos and Mad Max type shit.

On a side note, I also think if it was discovered that a huge meteorite was hurling through space on a direct collision course with Earth that some people would look for a desk to hide their families under.
Your post made me think of Twilight Zone:
The Monsters Are Due on Maple Street
just a clip below, great episode.

I literally just pulled up to the beach in Rockaway. I told my wife what you said she started dying laughing. Imagine me paddling and screaming “ excuse me , just back from Italy look out , make room” 😂😂. I’ll let u know how it goes.
