Honestly, if nothing else this contest has served as my introduction to the Forum. I've been a PJ fan for years, but mostly in isolation. I was not even aware of 10C until a couple of years ago, and then I was reticent to join in the conversation. It wasn't until I ghosted on this for the first several days that I realized what a great community this was and decided to chime in. I'm really glad I did!
Still shaking but have valuable data for all. I have been trying to get through on my Verizon cell since contest started and have never gotten through. (wife had one hang up.) This morning I hooked a old phone to my Comcast modem (I have triple play) and used both. Nothing on cell again but got through old phone through Comcast. This is the first time I have ever used this line to call.

I've gotten through twice in the first few days of the contest and not a single time since... I blame Verizon, but I think I've been around for every single try except for two during this contest.

I rarely drink before noon unless I'm on vacation. But I work from home on Mondays and a friend of mine who also works from home comes over 4 times a year for a "quarterly" meeting. We drink martinis and "work". Just wondering if drinking before noon will increase my chances of winning these tix?

Last summer I heard a 30-minute long version of Steam Engine at Red Rocks - and it was actually amazing.
I got a 30 min Steam Engine into Phone Went West last year and it completely converted me to someone who will never miss an area show again
That's how I felt after the prior Forest Hills show - so when I couldn't make last year's due to vacation plans I convinced some buddies to fly out to CO with me.

I've been googling "win radio contests" and "auto-redial" or "multi-dial" and it seems like all those 'tricks' are for Android phones only.
