BILLIONAIRES DON'T GIVE A FLYING FUCK ABOUT US!!!

No one gives a flying fuck about you, personally, not in the context of really caring.  Stop fooling yourself that human nature is different for rich people to middle class people to poor people.

*edit - no politician.  I'm sure your friends and family care.
Stop fooling yourself that human nature exists.
Stop with the stupid arguments that you can't support.
Heh. I'd love to see your evidence that human nature explains the things you think it explains. Be sure to demonstrate causality!!
the difference is that I don't think I've solved the mysteries of philosophy going back to Socrates.  You seem to think you have because you can bully your students.  The rest of us don't play on that field.
You're the one asserting that human nature exists. Seems like you've solved a mystery older than Socrates.

Also, I'm reporting your post because it meets the legal definition of libel.
HA!  Let me know if you need an address for the S&C.
You have falsely accused me of actions in my professional life that could result in my termination. I'm asking you to publicly retract the statement.
Then that's the environment people like you have fostered in the university system.  An anonymous person, who've you not met, nor who knows your actual name or where you teach, can get you fired?  Is it really that bad where you work?  You should move to change that.  Start reading Reason or American Conservative.  They can help you foster the change you need to protect your career.  Or maybe you're not even a professor, how do I know?  But I do have an attorney, so if you want to work out a conference to arrange settlement negotiations, let me know.
You clearly know nothing about higher education, yet you make false statements about my job performance in that area.
Sounds like your suit lacks merit then, since I'm not in a position to make assessments.
You clearly didn't run that by your attorney.
He used the word "frivolous".  Is that good?

So if you lie about a billionaire it's cool? You are crowned debate champion?

Its good that he got low blowed, let's see if MB has it in him to come back.

Warren certainly can fight dirty. Too bad her intelligence told her America wants socialism.  But she's really a capitalist.  Who TF believes a word she says.
I agree with everything you wrote about the format and the moderators.  They were annoying the crap out of me.  Warren spewed some total bullshit about Biden and he was shocked, yet cut off when he tried to rebut.  I really grew to dislike Warren last night.  I think her earnestness is fake, her stories contrived and her tone shrill.
Here comes the HIllarization again. Haha.
Not at all.  I was/am a fan of Hillary and passionately advocated for her.  You don't know much about me if that's what you think.
All the more reason knowing what I know about Hillary and Warren that makes it that much more perplexing.
Makes what more perplexing?  From a political angle, the only thing Warren and Hillary really have in common is that they are both D's and both women.  I don't see them being similar anymore than Amy and Hillary are similar.  They are completely different politicians to me.
And they both get described as shrill.
I don't think Hillary was shrill.  I only described one person as such.  I don't think Amy is shrill.
I didn't say you did. You know my point.
I could get behind your point, if you weren't using my perception of Warren as the basis of it.  I argued like crazy for Hillary against Bernie back in 16, particularly on this site where a guy named Free and I would go at it constantly.  He was as Bernie Bro as it got.  So I don't really like getting lumped into a Hilarization comment, which is a kinder way of saying sexist, when my opinion of Warren is about Warren and not women politicians as a rule.
Then I would stick to criticizing her policies, not her voice. I bet you didn't like it when others criticized Hillary's voice as shrill.

Regardless, it's not a big deal. I'm not questioning your intentions, just word choice
I've criticized her policies pretty harshly, particularly her college debt plans which I think are completely regressive by definition.  I was making a point about the optics of her performance last night.  But yes, perhaps in the world post-Hillary, shrill is an adjective that shouldn't be used.
Here here - I think dignin and yourself summed this up pretty good.

    Now back to this lawsuit!

I wonder, if I were to say (which I am not saying) "mrussell is embezzling money from his employer," if that would be frowned upon here?
  • I, for one, would try to discover his employer, and call them to tell them that I had it on good authority that he was an embezzlement king.

    So silly.

This lil woman would like to tell the big boys here that I didn’t find using the word “shrill” to be sexist. Warren’s manner of speaking sometimes grates on my fucking nerves. Some men’s ways do the same.

Not everything has to be an argument...or does it?

And what if I said (which I am not saying) "he's a fucking dumbass who doesn't seem like he can read above a 5th grade level"?
the CEO and board would think you're a total douche, considering they have 15 years of experience first hand with me and you read 10C posts.  One assessment is grounded and the other is not.
    Grounded in what?
Grounded in 15 years of successful leadership, as the company went from low single ebit numbers to 8x that. I think they'll look at that, not what you say.
    Sorry. I misunderstood the sentence.

Are you fucking joking? You haven’t addressed the original, libelous name calling, but you delete the post trying to discern what people here think is an acceptable insult and what isn’t? Jesus.
