Unless it was a weighted system where 1st priority shows were weighted to have a better chance at winning than 2nd or worse, it was an all-in lottery for every show. Somehow I doubt it was weighted with priority considered. High demand, limited tickets.
How would that explain noone winning NYC or Baltimore with priority 2 or lower, and noone winning St. Louis with priority 3 or lower?
Or, there's really 3 separate entities involved: 10C, TICKETSTODAY, Ticketmaster
When we entered our requests, the URL was TICKETSTODAY. So maybe they ran the lottery, they then fed Ticketmaster with the results, and really TM doesn't know much of anything about the actual lottery process; probably all depends on which of the 3 entities you're talking to

"The majority of fans who enter the Ten Club ticket request will get tickets. This also means that Ten Club seating includes seats farther back in the venue than in the past."
Doesnt make sense that people aren't AT LEAST getting in the building with 300 level seats when the odds were 99% for BA-software issue or not.

you would sure think so....except it seems like the odds were not presented correctly. The only people who should have been rejected were GA only requests if reserved was 99%

It does make sense unless the ticket demand was way beyond what they expected and the odds calculations did not update properly.

Here is part of the response I received from the Ten Club via email. It was a boilerplate email:
We are sorry you did not get Ten Club tickets. Even though we were able to more than double the amount of tickets accessible to our members, fans did not get tickets for the following reasons:
They only entered for GA (this was the biggest widespread reason fans did not get tickets)
Entered for both GA, Reserved or ADA in a city where the demand outweighed the supply, even by 1% in some cases.

props to ya’ll for continuing to discuss this shit but I gave up when they told me I went in and submitted a second ticket request and screwed myself and then they sent me 2 follow up emails telling me that that was untrue and not to quote them on that. Bunch of fools, not worth anymore of this bastards time. I’ll try to get them on fan to fan or whatever. Good luck everyone!

Did the 10C include those odds in the email?
Got the same email. And yes they had those percentages in the body of the email.
Yeah, it's still obvious they messed up the 2 night stands.
Especially OAK2 in my case. There was clearly less demand due to the GA %....how could my priority 2 not get a ticket when priority 6,7,8 did?
Gern, we’re not going to get that discussed. 10c sent me the same generic email as Ticketmaster with odds and a we’re sorry you didn’t get what you asked for, there was a lot of demand” garbage. You and I had the exact same request and had the exact same thing happen to us. It is what it is. Let’s just get them in fan to fan or TM VF and have an extra beer at the show and laugh about it. You and I know what happened

Got the same email. And yes they had those percentages in the body of the email.
And I received an email from Ticketmaster (tenclubsupport@ticketmaster) saying that I was not selected for reserved tickets to Nashville or St. Louis because the 99% number dropped after my entry. FWIW, my entry was submitted late afternoon on the last day (Wednesday). Here's the quote:
I am sorry to hear that you were not granted tickets for the Nashville and St. Louis shows. At the time you entered it was 99% however, those numbers were subject to change based on 1000's of fans requesting the same exact show, which lowered your odds.
Sounds like 10C and TM are sending out inconsistent messages....unless demand outstripped availability by 1% and I was in that 1% in both places (seems unlikely). I also know it was not invalid info because received tix for another city.

Maybe is one of the people who won Oakland with lower priorities was willing to give you their name TC would be able to verify the problem. Right now without a specific example, may be harder for them to verify.
Regarding Stage 2/Verified Pre-Sale Thursday 1/23: Did everyone get a confirmation email or text they were 'Verified'? Figured I'd at least receive a text or email saying I was all set to go Thursday morning but haven't hard anything. Spoke to a guy at Ticketmaster and he said I'm verified but take little solace in anything but the written word these days. Just curious if anyone here also did Ticketmaster as well as 10C's drawing and if they received an email or not. Thanks.
