Call Tickets Today (800) 594-8499 they are handling the ticket drawing....

I called them this morning, yes they are open, and they said my ticket request is still pending. they said they had a software issue and things got messed up. really?!?! call them if you are having issues.

    yes is was not charged because according to Tickets today(TM) it is still pending!!

    Software error.  There is no TM conspiracy.  While TM is out for only TM, I don't think so in this case.  10C should know how many tickets there were available and how many entries there were for each show.

    Software error.  There is no TM conspiracy.  While TM is out for only TM, I don't think so in this case.  10C should know how many tickets there were available and how many entries there were for each show.

    This reminds me of dealing with Comcast Cable.  Every time you call they give you hope and then you don't hear anything else.

    Based on the recent emails people are getting, they're really just holding up a big middle finger and not going to do anything.

    Speaking with CSR... he first told me if my card was not charged by 12AM jan 20th that it was denied. .he did congratulate me on getting tickets to Sun though...Awesome guy... then I asked further about the priorities and he said they were all random selected automatically. SO NO PRIORITY... He is checking with Sanda... LOL
