Did anyone who asked for “reserved” only NOT get tickets?

Outside of MSG and Baltimore, did anyone who selected ONLY Reserved as their first choice get shut out? Maybe the percentages were just for our first choices? Just trying to put some logic to this all. The whole best available aspect might have caused more confusion (or at least it isn't obvious how it worked).
I am guessing the lottery worked as follows (if anyone knows or guesses otherwise please correct):
For a given show, the #1 picks are taken and assigned random numbers. Assume that 400 people selected GA, 800 selected Res and 500 selected Best available. Also assume that the following availability: 300 GAs and 700 Res.
Random numbers are selected and matched to each entries selection. If the person selected GA, then they get GA and there's two less tickets available to everyone else (same for Res). For BA, I assume the entry first checks if there is a GA available and if it isn't then it checks if Reserved is available (or vice versa in the rare instance GA is available but not res).
Since there are more people requesting tickets than tickets available people with high lottery numbers won't win. On the other hand if there were less people than tickets available for pick #1 then the lottery goes to Pick #2 (with the same concept). Not sure everyone gets that the lower priority picks have worse odds (so even though your first Res pick might have a 99% chance, your 4th pick might be 0%)

I sat behind the stage for PJ and TOD and I had the view of the band. The faces of the crowd as Chris belted out the opening lyrics to War Pigs was unforgettable !!

I assume no who put Baltimore or MSG as their number 2, 3, 4, or 5th choice got Tix ?
i assume only people who had Baltimore or MSG as their #1 got tix?I think one of the ways I phrased makes sense ?0 -

I put in for reserved both nights in Oakland and got both. I only requested those two shows and they were my 1 & 2 priority. I was able to get tickets in Seattle in 2018 & Chicago in 2016. The last time I was denied tickets was in 2013 where I put my priority as seated then GA and I got GA. I thought it was all based off seniority but reading some comments that was not the case. I feel as fan club members we should have priority.Post edited by MJ1685 onIt's a wave building before it breaks[X] San Francisco, California (September 30, 1991)[X] San Francisco, California (May 15, 1992)[X] Mountain View, California (November 01, 1992)[X] San Francisco, California (October 28, 1993)[X] San Jose, California (October 30, 1993)[X] Reno, Nevada (December 02, 1993)[X] San Francisco, California (June 24, 1995)[X] San Jose, California (November 04, 1995)[X] Oakland, California (November 14, 1997)[X] Oakland, California (November 15, 1997)[X] Oakland, California (November 18, 1997)[X] Oakland, California (November 19, 1997)[X] Sacramento, California (July 16, 1998)[X] Sacramento, California (October 30, 2000)[X] Mountain View, California (October 31, 2000)[X] Mountain View, California (June 01, 2003)[X] San Francisco, California (July 15, 2006)[X] San Francisco, California (July 16, 2006)[X] San Francisco, California (July 18, 2006)[X] San Francisco, California (August 28, 2009)[X] Oakland, CA (November 26, 2013)[X] Chicago 1 (August 20, 2016)[X] Chicago 2 (August 22, 2016)[X] Seattle Night 1 (August 08, 2018)[X] Seattle Night 2 (August 10, 2018)

I put in for reserved only for Denver and Baltimore, ADA/reserved for MSG. I got tix for Baltimore but didn’t get Denver or MSG. My priority order was Baltimore/Denver/MSG. Was really surprised out of the 3 I got Baltimore and not Denver. I figured MSG was a crap shoot bc of demand and since I need ADA seats for that one."I'm a lucky man to count on both hands the ones I love."

I hope for a fall tour second leg closer to h9me and better luck in the lottery. Some of my favorite all time bands are on tour this year. It’s pretty exciting. PJ, RATM, RHCP, TOOL. 2020 looks pretty awesome to me.
im confused about all the adulation msg gets. I’m from here and I went out of my way to try for the one and only show within a four hour drive of here. I banked on the actual odds being 20% better in Balt. Big bonus, that arena is half the size of msg. I prioritized seeing the band, not that ugly rotunda.Fair point, a lot of arenas and stadiums from the 70s have been torn down. The Garden still stands, although it’s been completely gutted since then.0 -
i picked reserves only for baltimore and didn’t get picked0
