has anyone else not get an email at all for any shows?
My wife still has zero emails.
Me too. Every time I called they promised that names were still being drawn and for sure I would get an email on the 19th. Now, I'll call tomorrow and they will say there is nothing they can do. Obviously, for the Oakland shows, there was a large number of names that the computer never acknowledged. They could look at my order number every time and see my request, but Oakland simply skipped many members from consideration. I doubt we will ever get a rejection mail, because the computer does not know we exist.
Anybody get an email by 11:59 for missing Oakland show? I hit N1 (BA, #1 priority) but still in the dark for N2 (BA, #2 priority)
Nope. It’s now nearly 1am PST on the 20th, and still no email for Oakland N2.

Did anyone pick either of the double shows night 2 as pick 1 and night 1 as pick 2 have trouble?
Me - I had Night 2 Oakland as Pick 1. Got an email Friday that I got tickets. Charge on my card. Still nothing for Night 2. Been told same as others by TM that they are still drawing....
I sent TM another email now that it’s the 20th, reminding them that the initial order confirmation indicated that we would know by the 19th whether we scored tickets. I noted that the Verified Fan Presale starts soon, and we need to know whether we scored tickets through the 10C presale before deciding whether to submit through the Verified Fan Presale.

WHAT AN ABSOLUTE JOKE OF A SYSTEM. They couldn’t even give us a fucking answer by the deadline so we all sat around waiting like assholes for 72 hours just to find out we lost most likely like a bunch of shitty jerks. Seems to be so many of us with the priority 1 & 2 thing going on but also a host of other stuff that is going wrong. No answers at all for some people. I think and hope they are trying to resolve the situation but it is more difficult than they were expecting... It is the first time they've done this I suppose.... But I am and my wife are soooo third now! It is Monday morning in UK and gotta go work!

No answer regarding OAK 1 here as you guys stated above. What a bummer to get completely ignored for an entire valid entry with no CC problems. I'm sure we are fucked. I will email TM and copy 10C. Both parties need to be aware. I'm sure we are SOL. But they told us all along they were still drawing.
Well my chances of getting tix probably just went down. Emailed them with 10c cc’d. Was cordial but pretty stern in demanding to know what was going on. Had to go into work at 4am and call the cops as a belligerent homeless guy was threatening my employees. Operating on a few hours of sleep, not sure how well my email will come across.
Is there any value in starting a new thread for folks who are still waiting for an email in connection with any of the LA or OAK shows? Just in case Santos or anyone else from 10C is checking this stuff - they wouldn’t have to dig through this thread.

Yep, they screwed up and it is too late. I'm sure they gave the tickets away to lower priorities and can't unwind that. I bet some of us were completely skipped and that is why we never got an email.
Just received an email back from Ticketmaster. "Reviewing your original request, we don't see that you were awarded tickets for the April 18th show." Such a bummer as this was my priority 1 with reserved seating. I'll still be there, but now with a little bit of added stress to find tickets. F'n Ticketmaster!
Still have heard nothing re: LA2 (2nd priority BA). I have emailed TM and 10C and I’m sure they are inundated with ticket email volume. It does seem shady that more than just a few people are reporting 5th and 6th priority wins and a lot of people reporting 1st and 2nd losses. I’m wondering if BA was some kind of handicap in the process?
This Ranks right up there with the SM2 Metallica shows in SF... Fri - TM messed up and all the tickets got bought up by bots.. So Metallica stepped up and did a fan only show on Sunday ( Which I attended ) - I wonder if PJ will need to add more shows? Especially MSG.. dont understand why just one, unless conflicts with NBA/NHL...
