  • Go to the Assembly Food Hall across the street for Prince's. No need to wait in a line at Hattie B's or anywhere for that matter.

I'd skip both and take the super quick Uber to Peg Leg Porker in the gulch for some great wings, ribs, pimento cheese
Just want to say Peg Leg Porker is great. Dry rub ribs and pulled pork sandwiches are delicious.

I’m thinking Long Road opener after not playing it at MSG. It’s only been since 2003 (not counting Third Man show) when they were last here.
  • I’m going to sell my extra pair but don’t know which to keep. Section 222 front row or 108 Row B side/rear stage. What are your thoughts?

Tough one but I’m keeping 222s. I think they’ll sound great in that area of the arena.

At that angle behind stage, it's a gamble. Might get some speakers/gear blocking your view, might not. Maybe look at photos from other shows to get a sense of the stage setup, but 222 might be a better guarantee. Do the 108 tickets say anything about an obstructed view?
  • Nothing about obstructed view. Im leaning 222 but If there’s not an obstruction your basically right at the stage.
  • First time for a show in Nashville.  Getting to town later than I’d like..hotel only a few miles from arena…Uber/Lyft best bet to get to show ? Or do prices go crazy for big events? I’d rather not take my car

Uber/Lyft should be relatively cheap before the show. For a few miles it will likely be $10 or less. After the show on a Friday night in Nashvegas … expect minimum $30 for a few miles. Will keep going up the later you stay out.

Thanks for the info. That’s doable.
  • Flying in from Columbus with my daughter.  She's turning 16 in November but asked for tickets for her 16th birthday.  It's her first PJ concert.  I spent all of 2006 traveling and seeing PJ while I was pregnant, so it's technically not her first show :-).  We're making a sign, so hopefully Ed will show some love.  We're in section 6, so stop by and say happy birthday.

Staying in Germantown along the river.  Best place to watch Thursday night football and get good food and drink?

I've seen a bunch of recs already, was thinking Broadway Brewhouse based on what i've seen here, but have no idea based on where we are staying.

Yes, stay in Germantown. Much more local than broadway and some great bars. Von Elrods is a good spot too. Jonathan's has nice TVS too

As you probably saw when you looked it up, Third & Home overlooks First Horizon Park so you could catch some Triple A baseball tonight as well.

That's crazy!  To each their own though.  Good thing we got some great weather over the next couple days.

Beyond bizarre. enjoy the next 36 hours and worst case be 3 deep. or wait another 12 hours and still be rail.

Von Elrod's should be walking distance from your hotel and it's awesome. Sausages, beer, and a beer garden. Literally across from our minor league baseball stadium.

Anyone willing to do me a favor and snag me a copy of the Pluralone 7" if it's being sold at the shows? I was hoping to have picked it up in Canada, but they weren't selling it up there, for some reason. Nothing's going to really ease the sting of missing out on this show (and Nashville in general), but if someone could help out, it would mean a lot (and, of course, I would pay for it + shipping).
