A performance as well as an announcement? This is not Pearl Jam.

A "press conference and performance" related to a PJ concert announcement?  I don't think so.

I'm stressed reading all of these predictions for spring tour dates in the US.  My opinion would be that they hit the US after Europe.

We have pretty solid information that there will be U.S. shows before Europe. Possibly after as well, but before is looking almost certain.

For one, Dimi just confirmed Toronto in March this morning. Yes I know Toronto isn’t in the US but they’re not gonna tour Canada alone.
Plus this thread exploded very quickly so you‘ll have to go back more than just a few pages. Or you could just trust the others that there have indeed been very good hints about a spring tour

yall really think Pearl Jam could headline Coachella after what that festival has become in just this decade alone? Not a shot.

even if it did happen, why would you want to go?

Just to clarify a few things, Coachella isn't sold out -- just the pre-sale has (which happens in the late spring/early summer the year before). General on sale will follow the line-up announcement early next month.

And I agree, Coachella booking Rage and Pearl Jam in the same year would be totally against the grain for what the fest is now. They barely had any rock acts the past two years, and their current formula would suggest a pop act and some hip hop star for the last two slots (Travis Scott is rumored).

1 beach state has to be California. I can’t actually believe that 3 beaches only means 3 coastal states but what do I know

If Toronto is rumored for March, I am thinking it ends in a  west coast blue state in April (Cal . Oregon, Washinton or possibly Hawaii), all of which have ocean beaches. I have nothing to base that on, just a thought.

The easiest would be to go to dimi,s profile and there you can select just his comments.

They haven't been to Noblesville/Indy since 2010.  Outdoor venue in Noblesville so spring won't come through here unless they play Bankers Life in Indy.

I looked at the calendar for the Dome in Calgary and Rogers Place in Edmonton for March.  March 16-19 is open in Edmonton, 16-20 in Calgary.  Vancouver's Rogers Arena is open March 19-24.

I know there's no west hints other than Cali - but there's a chance, right???? =)

Dimi ruled Indiana out a couple of days ago, at least in the Spring.

Only other beach states that either haven't been ruled out, or haven't been mentioned are Maryland, Virginia and New Jersey. I think Dimi also ruled out Georgia.

I’m thinking it’s Cali, Texas and either LA, AL or NC for the makeup show.  I have to believe they’ll do their best to get that makeup show done.

but NE/NY/NJ/IL I’m thinking will be fall

Plenty of people have suggested NY. Even seen 3/30 out there as the date. Dimi hasn't confirmed but based on the hints and rumors. I THINK it is one of the 3.
