This is like when your girlfriend tells you to lie down in bed and close your eyes, cause she bought something special to wear just for you....and all you wanna do is bang.

    I just wanna bang PJ.
except in this case she doesn't come out of the bathroom for a few days while you wait
And you're actually tied down to the bed.

    Phoenix
Actually this could finally be the info for the RATM show. They’ve confirmed that on 3/30 but never given any specific info...
  • In my opinion, the 8 a.m. announcement time suggests there's an East Coast component to it. KUPD's tease coupled with the Toronto fan who got the email about a Monday announcement points to PJ. I expect Rage ticket info for Phoenix to be announced the following week after Boston Calling is made official and those passes go on sale. Contracts with BC and Coachella have probably been why ticket info for the TX, NM and AZ Rage shows haven't been announced.
  • First time 10c buyer here. Haven't seen PJ live since Nashville 2003. Ecstatic that they're finally playing a proper show here again. What are we thinking demand will be like for Nashville?

Through the roof. Limited tour + furthest show SE + music city + 17 years = crazy demand.

Confirmed with a friend who is a Leafs season ticket holder (Toronto) that he also received a presale announcement for Monday. Band name and date withheld. AND no hard tickets. Tickets to be on the Account Manager (presumably without the Transfer option).

The Toronto radio station teasing a 1pm announcement for Monday is interesting. That's 10am Seattle time which would make sense. So maybe Phoenix is going to have two huge concert announcements on Monday...Rage at 8am and then PJ at 11am? Oy, I don't think I've ever wanted a weekend to end faster than this one.

KZOK saying there is a MAJOR concert announcement Monday morning. For those not in Seattle, Danny Bonaduce, aka Danny Partridge, is the morning host. And Danny wouldn't lie about a major concert announcement.

Unless they are announcing fall dates I don’t believe there is a Seattle date for the spring.

I don't know who else it could be. KZOK has shifted its format to be more 80s and 90s rock rather than 70s. The "newer" bands they play like Van Halen definitely aren't touring. The Who have come and gone. The Hoodoo Gurus show for October has already been announced. U2 isn't touring as far as I know. So maybe it is a fall date for PJ . . .

  • Does that Seattle station play Rage at all? Because part of me is now thinking Boston Calling drops its lineup Monday at 10amET with Rage simultaneously officially announcing the three previously announced SW shows along with additional dates. Then PJ announces the album and spring tour at 10amPT/1pmET. Monday could end up being a huge day for '90s rock fans.

I can't remember the last time one of these "big announcement" rumours ended up being PJ, but fingers crossed!

Never heard Rage on that station. Could be Cheap Trick I suppose as they get some airplay, and I know they are touring. Could also be Foo Fighters. But if all these other rock stations are announcing a major show on Monday, and we think it is PJ, then I’m guessing it is a PJ show somewhere this year in the PNW.

    Damn.
Was hoping to get 11 or 10 as answer, like with Oakland earlier. (18,19)
