I don’t think it’s just a party line. That man is losing it. He really is. It’s sad watching him try to talk sometimes. A day or two ago he said he wants to bring us back to the “Obiden/Bama” years. And we all misspeak like that from time to time. But it’s everyday (every few hours really) with Joe. I think it’s perfectly reasonable for the GOP or Fox News to harp on this.

I would admit it. Believe it or not, you can make fun or even insult Joe Biden, and like him enough to vote for him. Not all of us are on one side or the other like you. To speak ill of Biden (or Sanders, Warren, Pete, whoever) isn't an endorsement of Trump.

Talking mental slip-ups. Not stuttering or any ailments that you bolded related to stuttering. 

The clip you posted had Biden  hesitate. He did not forget Obama's name.

That's classic stammering. It's a neurological condition. 

Watch clips of Biden in one on one interviews with no crowd. His memory is fine. He easily cites facts and figures. He gets excited in front of people and his stammering kicks in more often.

Okay, then hesitating on Obama’s name and settling on “my boss” is related to his stuttering diagnosis. I’ll concede. And I won’t go on with all the other examples where I don’t think the gaffe is related to his stuttering, because it doesn’t really matter. None of this will factor in the election anyway.
