So Howard Stern had a funny segment today, a fake (but close sounding) barrack Obama called in to give his endorsement. He picked trump cause everyone else was trying to “fuck this up” worse than the other person. some funny lines:

Biden was old when I hired him 12 years ago.

Amy can stop reminding us she’s a “real american form the heartland”, we get it Amy you aren’t a jew

Bernie - why is he always yelling? “I heard him in Hawaii and I wasn’t even watching tv”. And why is he always flailing his arms around? “This isn’t Hogwarts”

Pete - he’s so boring no one even knows he has sex with men. And he’s mayor from South Bend? That sounds like something gay people do to each other at truck stops.

Thats all I heard. But damn it was hilarious.

Ronald Reagan — 'If you're explaining, you're losing.'
This is exactly right and the sum of Bernie's problem from Sunday night.  It leaves him vulnerable to attacks and really,  honestly,  a rookie mistake for a seasoned pol.
Looks like a mistake out of complete hubris. Like he doesn't feel like he needs to read the room (read: country) because it's going his way (for the time being) and he is so sure of being "right".
Don't you think it's just that he doesn't have as much of a filter as a typical politician? Even though I disagree with a lot of his platform, I've always respected him for shooting pretty straight. Maybe we're kinda saying the same thing, but I've never known him to be adverse to letting it all hang out.
seems like he's trying to use the trump playbook to be honest. no one ever held trump to account on any of his promises or claims. maybe he's hoping for the same.
I'm tellin ya'....I think he's just being himself. It doesn't seem calculated. For better or worse.
which is also out of the trump playbook. LOL
If we get a legit old man fist fight on a debate stage in August, the last 5 years will all be worth it
Trump can just fall on him.  Dude has to weigh north of three bills.

My final predictions for the debate. Lock these in:

Bernie: will be surprised by the pile on. Will be affected in polls and drop going into SC. attacked for everything and anything.

Biden: will win the debate. New media darling but still mostly as tired as always.

Warren: Will continue the streak from last time. Command much of the denate. Take up space. stick the knife into bernie.

Steyer: Will not be a Bernie Bro this time around. One last stand.

Amy: will be exactly the same as the last debate

Pete: Will keep building the narrative of being the alternative to Bernie. Will have nothing but pre-written and rehearsed platitudes like ”We can not look into the past to see our future, and we can not head towards the future holding on to the past”

Bloomberg: Will be on the offense, and play ugly. Cheap attacks like the ”communist” shit from last time. More trumpish than ever.

    good night.

    Good.

There's a strong correlation between voter turnout and people voting Democrat

The more voters, more likely the person with the D next to their name gets elected

I need a list of key-words (and possibly actions) for my bowl-hitting debate extravaganza.

Of course, talking over another and going over one's allotted time is a given.

If there are protesters, I'm breaking out the bong!

We're electing political leaders who have to make tough choices.  This isn't prom.

Every Democrat* on that stage is more likable than tRUmp
