    4/5 WTF?

    R.I.P.

    My first thought..
One of my best friends died last year on the same date.. Cursed date for sure
Imagine how Mike feels. What are the are the odds three people from Seattle and the music industry, two of which had side projects with PJ died on his birthday. I did CPR on 16 year old who hung himself on my mother’s birthday twenty years ago and every year on her birthday I’m reminded of that tragedy. We all think about loved ones who passed but poor Mike must really do some reflection every year he has another birthday. Simply sad.

I missed those shows. Was bummed then and more so now. Saw Happy open for Shawn at soutgate house prior to that though. And then happy opening for brad in Indy I think.

Love Happy too. Wish these guys had gotten together more.

    Sad day.
  • I still listen to Brad - Shame all the time. Saw them a few times on the tour behind Interiors. I bought anything he sang on. Great talent, very sad.

This is the most awful Seattle singer death for me. I honestly can believe it. This guy deserved so much more in life. I’m thankful for the gift he shared and I got to enjoy.

Just terrible, terrible news. Brad is easily my favorite PJ “side project” if you can really call them that. They were good enough to stand on their own. Shawn was an amazing talent and voice. :frowning:

To me, Brad wasn’t a side project at all. They were simply one of my favorite bands. So fucking sad.
