    I could go a year without eating ice cream and not even notice that I hadn't had any. I am unhappy if I go a day without eating cheese. Last year I traveled in Asia for three weeks and...... oof, I got kind of desperate. I saw a cafe called "Cheese Coffee" and went in, but alas it was one of those mostly-inaccurate phrases to catch the eye - no cheese, though it did have coffee.

    Its simple.  Cheese.  It is and can be a part of almost any other dish, and it is even solid on its own.

    As a kid I didn’t like any cheese at all. Now I like some at least and melted cheese is awesome. Just not as awesome as ice cream
