    I have ideas of doing YMOH1 again with other options.  Thoughts?  PM me with ideas.  I have some that could roll for a while if you want me to continue.

    My first instinct was to have ice cream for sure. Then I thought about all of the foods that would just be boring without cheese (pizza, nachos, tacos etc) and would rather have all those. I can find dessert substitutes that are almost equally satisfying as ice cream, but there's no substitute for cheese.
