    Stadiums generate the most income. They would fill stadium de France and Olympic stadium Berlin and bernabau.

    Yes, could be but that seems strange since they're 'in love' with the Ziggo Dome... maybe Gelredome with the roof closed is considered as 'indoors'.

    Maybe Ziggo is not available on the dates they would like.
