    question, what makes a clam so happy? i've probably asked that before, but i still dont know.

    yeah nadia, how could you forget jaya? or do me and her count as one? nah, you're just crazy.

    anyways, love is great, whenever something is bothering me, or has me stressed out, i just think of her, and that warm feeling of love sweeps over me again, and my problems seem meaningless and i feel better.

    actually, if you look back in shakespeare's early works, you'll find chicken dumpling used as the ultimate in showing affection. so yes, it is sappy anyway! :D

    I know I am probably joining this thread late... but here's my "Thin Air" story...

    For me, this song is the song that defines the winter of 2002... January to be exact... Gabriel and I had just started dating (New Years -- anniversary)... anyway, Gabe would always play this song when we layed on his couch and talked... and on Valentine's day when we were together he played the song and ever since we've kinda named it "our song". As cheesey as it sounds, pretty much every relationship has a "song" or something to that effect... or maybe i have no idea what i'm talking about... but at any rate... this song means soooo much to me...

    Gabriel and I broke up in the fall of 2002 when he was about to go off to college and I was still to be just a Senior in high school... when we broke up I layed on my bed and cried to this song every day... til four days later when he rang my doorbell, kissed me, and told me he couldn't be without me...

    Gabriel took this year off of college so this time I was the one going off to college... well, Gabriel broke up with me again, for similar yet slightly different reasons... that breakup lasted two weeks before we just couldn't take it anymore...

    Love overcomes it all...

    and this song symbolizes how much Gabe and I care for each other...

    AWWWW of_the_girl, that really touched my heart and brought a tear to my eye. That is amazing that you two had overcome your obstacles in life, and you two are still together. That is what I love to hear, stories like that. I am really happy for you. It is amazing what love can do to you. I am just still in awe over this, WOW!! :D

    I wasn't like this b/f, never fell in love, but I did, just recently though. He lives on the west coast, so it is kind of hard, but yeah, I hope it works out.

    Good luck to you and Gabriel in the future girl:)

    Wow! I'm so glad I touched someone with my story... and yes, love is an amazing thing that conquers all!!! Thanks for the best wishes and everything... and I must say I have to return them to you! Isn't it wonderful finding love?     Yeah you did Jessica. What can I say? I am a sap. lol but it is really true what you said, and I am SO very touched by it as well. Thanks for the best wishes girl;) It is really wonderful though, finding that someone in your life, that you just want to be with every second of the day. I think of him, but yeah, I know we both live far away, but that is okay. :)

    To Kevin, Barbara and Jaya, you are ALL SAPS and I am glad you all admit it, well, actually Jaya, you both already knew that. haha.
