this song is truly beautiful, just like the person it makes me think about when i hear it.

    It took me a good while to like Thin Air, to be quite honest. For almost the first year or maybe even more after I heard it I was bored by it. Maybe it's been too long since I've been in love...who knows? Anyway, with enough listens I came around...and I was more than ecstatic when I heard it live this tour!

    OMG I love this song with a passion. That's what this song is all about too...passion. It's fuckin beautiful. By far one of my fav PJ songs of all time. The imagery, the message, the music and the way it compliments those incredible lyrics...it's just so heartfelt. Stone demands your heart with this one. Hearing him and Ed sing those gorgeous words just makes me weak in the knees. Very powerful indeed.

    that is so true. i liked the song before but now that i have someone who plays the part of being my "light", it has even greater significance and touches my heart even more...he's truly reached my heart.

    oh, that part too Lyd is what also gets to me. Such a beautiful song and man, just pulls at the heart strings. if Stone sang this, damn would I melt!! Eddie does an awesome job singing it though:)

    Well I'm not trying to rub anything but I must say I have seen this song live a few times and it is that much more live Nadia. I've cried both times actually. This past tour in Denver it was fuckin amazing! The first time I had seen PJ in 3 years and I wanted this song sooo bad and whaddya know, my first show they gave it.

    Ed's introduction to it was classic (I love how he always has an intro for this one).

    Anyways at the Denver show before Thin Air Ed says...

    "So this next song, Stone wrote this next song and I think the original title was falling in love at 5,000 feet...then the next title was falling in love in Denver...it ended up being called Thin Air"


    So gorgeous! This song is just beautiful. Ed and Stone compliment each other sooo well and you can tell that Ed is proud of this song and always praises Stone for it. As he should. haha.

    i heard it for the first time at bridge, and thought it was gorgeous then. and when i heard the recorded version it sealed it for me. the words and music are just gorgeous and ed's interpretation, damn. it just overflows with love, that song.

    amen, so beautiful. this song touches me more than i can ever say, more so now than ever. my love has reached me thru thin air literally, we met online :) so it has even more significance.

    and the way ed sings this towards the end:
