    you and me both. well, i DID get to hear Stone sing Thin Air at one of his solo shows in Ballard, WA he messed up. he didn't sing the 2nd verse :p

    Heard this soundchecked in Camden and was floating around on cloud 9 and then some. :eek: Called my Meddle squealing like crazy. haha. I'm telling you, us sappy PJ chicks drink this baby UP! This song really does reach some hearts.

    It is loooong overdue already PJ! Unleash the sweetness!

    I think LEG 2 it's finally gonna "reach" us. :o:D

    Nadi has yet to hear this gorgeousness live!!!! Well, that's not entirely true. We DID hear Stoney perform it SOLO!! :o! I still can't get over that. What a blessing that was! I remember we were both squeezing each others arms so tight we were about to POP. haha. That performance was sooooooooooooo extra special/beautiful. Just...wow. Seriously blessed to be witness!

    But um, she's never seen it performed the PJ way and that's just not right! Another reason why I'm so hoping they play it BRIDGE weekend...her bday weekend. :)

    Well sadly I never got to hear Stone sing anything at any of the shows I went to :(

    I think Ed is afraid of letting Stone sing. Reckon he would be too scared of fans liking it ;):D

    Awwww! Well hey, it's happening more and more. :) I do truly think that Ed is a supporter. Remember his whole rant about the "Let Stone Sing" signs? hehe. :p And I do remember reading that he felt that Stoney should actually SING Thin Air for real..like for the studio recording. He said he didn't feel right singing the song, the words were so beautiful and heartfelt that he thought they would be best carried out by the source of the sweetness. :o For whatever reason it didn't end up happening though. But, by a sheer miracle it happened when Nadia and I saw him at a solo show back in 2004. I've been looking for a recording of that forEVER. :o

    Having 2 versions of this heaven is THE BEST!

    yeah I STILL haven't heard the PJ verison, only the Stone one, which hey, I didn't mind at all w/Stone singing and missed a verse at that Ballard show :p I remember that night, WOW!! Just could NOT believe the man HIMSELF was singing!! :eek: Melted me into a puddle that night :o

    Okay, if THAT happens, when they do Thin Air and Parachutes, watch out, I am going to either implode or explode! haha. Such a beautiful song followed by another one. Yep. that is my wish for my 26th b-day @ Bridge :D

    And back on topic, I would have loved to have heard Thin Air in Italy too (as well as In Hiding, In My Tree, Don't Gimme No Lip... the more shows I attend the greedier I become! :D:D but yeah, I am just happy to have attended those amazing shows and hear them play live)

    YAY!!! Tonight in Crotia~~there's a HUGE light~~>the long overdue return of one of THE most beautiful/romantic PJ songs ever ever ever. :o YAY!!!!!!! I just BUMPED this up the other day too and to see it comeback now makes me so, sooooooo happy and warm and fuzzy. :D I've also heard that Croatia is often described as "Heaven on Earth" because of how unbelievably, breathtakingly beautiful it is. How amazing that THIN AIR make it's comeback in such a perfectly fitting place.
