Holy shit I just made air fried hot chicken strips and they were fucking spectacular. My own recipe lol.

    - olive oil
    - salt
    - cracked pepper
    - garlic powder
    - onion powder
    - smoked paprika
    - Mike's hot honey

I'll never make chicken another way again. I could have eaten 40 of them. I thought it might be a little too busy but it was amazing. I should have taken a picture. Next time for sure.

"Not fried chicken" ice cream, which is being sold in buckets at Yankee games and is also now available at Stew Leonard's:

Crafted with waffle ice cream, a chocolate-covered pretzel "bone," caramelized white chocolate and corn flakes.

It gets a C. I don't understand the hysteria. They became impossible to get at Yankee games.

They were on Shark Tank and didn't receive an offer if I remember correctly. Glad they seem to have found success.

Every time you mention your son’s age I still expect him to be five 😊
