Made a deep last night.  48 hr cold prove.  Mushroom, spinach, artichoke.
Been tinkering with my deep recipe for years.  The dough got a little poofy-er than I wanted, but the whole thing was ridiculously good!  Best yet.
Looks really f’n good. Nice work! Makes me want to order deep dish.

Nice!  You're going to love it!  There is a little learning curve, but even the fails are damn tasty!  hahaha
With the Pro...don't bother with pellets.  Use coal and or wood.

About an hour's wait but it was nice out and we were breaking up a 7 hour drive so it was fine.

Pizza....I love clams and love this style pizza - so the White Clam pie was really good.  We ordered a large one of those and a small plain...half mozz, half goat.

The surprise was that the half goat fucking whooped ass on the other two types.  (It was suggested by the waitress as my wife asked questions)
.if I were going again I would order a small clam and a large pie with sauce - the crust and sauce were both killer!

Did Pepe's live up to the hype? I think its the best pizza on the planet, but I grew up in CT so I am a bit biased.

    Looks really good. Really good.

Interesting bite pattern. You have a full set of teeth. How 'unamerican'!

Consider the source, that bite was probably folded.

Had some thin crust Lou’s tonight. Cheese and sausage. They’re not a one trick pony. The thin crust is insane.

Never even considered it. That photo might be actually depicting a folded, one-toothed bite.
