    Looks good!  Mine was slightly underbaked, but I fixed the issue.

    Btw, if anyone here has an air fryer, they are absolutely killer for reheating pizza!

    If there is one thing any pizza enthusiast should agree on, it's to stay the fuck away from the microwave!  We can disagree on crusts, folding, toppings, regions, etc.  But the one thing that unites us all is that pizza doesn't get nuked!

    A good crust is like the Lebowski Rug of the pie.  It really ties all the toppings together.

    I am making a batch of dough today to make into Pizza Oven Round 2 pies on Saturday. 
    Had 4 slices over Sun-Mon-Tues at the shore.  Too damn easy to walk past a place on the boardwalk and grab a slice to eat.  Mack's was the place this week.

    That kinda reminds me of what a giant Cool Ranch Dorito would look like.  Not that it's a bad thing by any means.
