“Just the name Mueller” makes Team Trump Treason angry.
I'm starting to wonder what the name "Mueller" makes you. I think you're a bigger fan of him than you are of Pearl Jam.
I’d love to sit in a congressional hearing room and listen and watch as Team Mueller delivers his report but not 65 times.
On a somewhat related note, there's a group of people that follow Trump from town-to-town and are in the front row for all of his rallies...like how people follow Pearl Jam, Springsteen, etc. They chant "lock her up" the way we raise our arms in a "V" during Jeremy. I wonder what their conversations are like and if they're anything like what we say at Pearl Jam shows...

"I wonder what he's going to open with tonight."

"He played rapist-illegals at the last three shows. I wish he'd change the setlist up more."

"He has to play the hits like "Crooked Hillary" because for some people it's their first Trump show."

"There he goes again talking about his wall. Enough with the Pink Floyd covers already! He has enough of his own material, why do so many covers?"

I’m sure they talk about which songs get played where. I’ve heard Sympathy for the Devil and Rocket Man and I’d bet that there’s Bruce and Guns N Roses played as well. Does Team Trump Treason speak for three hours? Are there charging stations and $12 bottles of water? Plenty of merch booths?

That same walk I spied a USA attack helicopter fly out over the mad polluted water right next to my house.  Other than BURNING GAS I'm not sure what the "mission" was.
That flying killing machine became TOTALLY SILENT about here in the photo.

Must have been inspecting that flying fish positioned at about 10 o'clock from the helicopter.
I was wondering what that was as well. I'm pretty sure it's a seagull, but anyway  experiencing or seeing military aircraft in action always spookes me.
We occasionally get military helicopter flying by.   My neighbor is a Vietnam vet who has PSTD related to bad experiences with military helicopters and every time one passes by I feel badly for him.
I hear ya. I always think about the populations of people living around the world who have to grow up or live in an environment with these machines flying overhead day and night. Iraq, Afghanistan, ect. ect. Definetly fucked up. I mean, I get freaked out at an airshow. I can't imagine growing up in a warzone.
    The horror!
“The fear of death follows from the fear of life. A man [or woman] who lives fully is prepared to die at any time.”

“Just the name Mueller” makes Team Trump Treason angry. Why is that? If,

    ”There was no collusion.”
    ”I don’t know any Russians.”
    ”I have nothing to hide.”
”I’ll sit down and talk with anyone.”
”We do everything by the book.”
”Only the guilty plea the fifth.”

    https://www.cnn.com/2018/11/04/politics/ip-forecast/index.html

Will be interesting to see what happens.  Is Mueller taking his time to make sure all the i's are dotted and t's are crossed, or is he still searching for evidence that that can actually put Trump away?   If Trump did anything that was actually dangerous to America's security would he continue to take his time or at least get something out there to alert Congress sooner rather than later.
i'm looking forward to this friday.
Friday is going to be AMAZING

Considering the request for an En banc hearing by the "defendant", one can only presume that it is of an issue of great seriousness.  Also, the recusal of a judge that recently was promoted to the bench by Trump amps up the anticipation even more.  Must it be Trump under subpoena?  Some very interesting wrangling going on behind the scenes.

I love the smell of elitism in the morning
'Elitism' is starting to parallel the term 'try-hard'.

They're both in our current vernacular to normalize- almost celebrate inferior qualities in humans: moronicness (elitism) and laziness (try-hard).
I assume my2hands was actually referring to all of us in this thread....
    I know.

Those terms are feeble terms that are uttered by the weak to take the wind out of the sails of people who typically contribute much to society.

The backwards bumf**k slurs 'elitism' as he drools chewing tobacco down the front of his shirt (as if higher intelligence is something to be mocked). The lazy bastard snickers 'try-hard' to the person making great effort (as if doing so makes weak and feeble efforts acceptable and more 'the norm').

    * I get the sense my2hands is using them in the context of being confrontational as he has become these past few weeks.
I'm not weak, i'm not a backwards bumfuck, and i don't chew tobacco.  But i did learn as a child that name calling is not nice and is not acceptable, and has also been rampant since 2016.

Morons, idiots, suckers, blah, blah, blah...

You (us) blame trump for the toxic discourse we are currently experiencing...... not me, i blame you (us), it takes two sides to tango... congratulations on being Trumps dance partner and helping destroy common civility in our political atmosphere

Also, im not confrontational, you would know if i was... unless challenging the echo chamber in here is confrontational? You prefer everyone in a circle jerk agreeing with each other, slapping each other on the back, and calling everybody on the other side a fucking moron scumbag redneck?

When they go low, we go into the gutter... i learned name calling was wrong when i was a child... seems progressives and moderates forgot the lesson.

Carry on Cletus, I've got a reservation for us at Golden Corral tmw night and the end piece has your name on it

I own my shit, unlike most in here... i was once guilty of all the above... and sometimes still want to do it lol... but then i looked in the mirror, stepped back, had a realization, and decided to correct my ways.

But feel free to name call "the other side" if it makes you feel better... but it's not accomplishing anything, it's quite the opposite actually in my opinion
My point was obviously that you're still guilty of it, and that you haven't corrected your ways. You've just changed directions.

Calling out the rampant elitism and name-calling  currently found with progressives and here is not name calling, or elitism.

Where am i calling people scum, losers, idiots, etc?
So you're judge and jury when it comes to what "names" are or are not acceptable? You've decided to consistently insult everyone here, and then for some reason expect everyone to acknowledge that you're on some kind of moral high ground, so yeah, you're acting like an AMT elitist, no question.
How have i insulted anybody? Disagreeing is not insulting
I would have thought that by now you'd know that I have no issues with disagreement. You can always assume that if I've got an issue like this it is because of something above and beyond simply disagreeing.
Trump's dance partner. Circle-jerk. In the gutter. Elitists (ad nauseam), echo chamber, accusing us being hypocrites (without warrant - you just base it on mindless assumptions), etc etc etc.
Yeah yeah, we get it, you think you've morally elevated yourself above us. We, the elitists.
I'm not above you, never claimed that. I just realize name calling and stereotyping 60 million people you never met as "fucking scum" is wrong and unhealthy.

You cant even own that as wrong
Again, I don't think I ever called 60 million people "fucking scum" - please quote me directly on that .... And again, owning something doesn't mean owning YOUR opinion. I don't own that what I've actually said as wrong or unhealthy because I don't think anything I've said is wrong or unhealthy. It's pretty simple! Like I said, I don't care if you think my opinion (my real one, not the inaccurate one you're applying to me) is wrong. I obviously don't think that, because if I did, I wouldn't be saying it.
And you are ACTING like you think you're above everybody here. You didn't need to actually say it.

You didn't need to actually say it.
he's taking what Thirty has said and applying it to everyone, it seems.
And then accusing everyone else of stereotyping, lol.

Fireworks will start on Thursday when a member of Team Mueller argues before the 2nd circuit the constitutionality of “something” as it relates to the Special Counsel. Team Mueller May wait until Monday for maximum news cycle. Interesting that Team Trump Treason is fleeing the country right after the mid terms.
Also, Team Mueller issuing “talking indictments” which provide way more detail than is required is telling. He’s laying out the People’s case, detailing the charges and the evidence and daring the defendants to go to trial. Team Mueller, “this ain’t no party, this ain’t no disco, this ain’t no fucking around.”

Do we have some kind of "post of the day" award?  If so, this deserves it.

Wow, that isn't how I took it at all.. I guess because no matter who said it, if anyone did at all, he's running with it in a stupid, exaggerated way. If he's referring to what I said, then I think he's misquoting me anyhow, which is why I asked him to quote me directly saying that 60 million people are fucking scum. I need to see that for myself.

I know I've said the words "fucking scum" themselves before, but I want to see where I said that "60 million people are fucking scum". I don't think I did say that. Someone please either quote me directly or stop fucking saying it. IF someone can find that quote, and I actually said that 60 million people are fucking scum, what I meant to say is that Trump and his hardcore fans and followers are fucking scum, and that the rest of the people who voted for Trump, unless they have acknowledged their huge gross mistake and have repented, are idiots and/or assholes. I hope that clears it all up, lol.

Yeah just idiots or assholes right?  Words matter.  Was it idiots and assholes? I'm pretty sure it was assholes but I'm 100% sure it was 2 derogatory remarks.  For anyone that voted for Trump.  Though, you have allowed in your mightily honorable ways, to reconsider those idiots or assholes that now regret it.  They are not idiot or assholes...but I don;t believe you have told us yet what they are?  Maybe you have. Maybe recovering assholes?  I don;t remember.

It was 100% idiots and/or assholes. I've only said it probably 100 times, I'm not sure why people aren't clear.
And yeah, those who have recognized that they were being idiots and/or assholes when they voted for that fucking scum in the first place are recovering idiots and/or assholes. Well done. :)

Yup, get ready for that red wave in the mid terms that cements Team Trump Treason’s overwhelming, landslide re-election and gives repubs a lock on power for generations. BS said so so it must be true.

I actually remember you saying it.

And Hugh's been tossing casual shots at me for a while now. He jumped into the DP thread to do it... and he found an opportunity here to do it too.
There's a double penetration thread? Crazy..
