    I find it interesting how much focus Trump gets.  The problem isn't remotely trump.  The crux of the problem is how someone like Trump can become POTUS.  That's what you have to fix.  Let's be real here - the other GOP nominees were also morons.  You get rid of Trump and then they replace him with fucking Ted Nugent or James Woods.

    I see the problem as ignorance and bigotry. Combine that with low voter turnout and here we are. trump embodies the first two and became an option for certain voters because of the cynicism that comes from believing all politicians are corrupt.

    it's true. the head of the snake always gets the attention. but it's no better on the other side. the amount of people who wanted Oprah to run in 2020 after that awards show was staggering and disturbing. at least she knew she isn't remotely qualified to do it. leave it to the people who understand policy, not just "how to run a business".

    But people thinking someone good in business should be a successful President is a result of our culture being enamored with profiteering and attributing all these postive traits with business success.
