    Second part of the ruling is public now.  The House does not get immediate access to them, and that case is sent back to the lower courts to decide separation of powers issues.  The SCOTUS punted on 4th and 1.

    This is where I fault Team Mueller for not issuing indictments against Team Trump Treason. The "can't indict a sitting president," theory would have been fast tracked and we'd have a decision right around now. If I'm Biden's campaign, I'm hammering this theme with images of putin on the ritz buying condos, German bankers passing satchels of cash and a voice over of Team Trump Treason saying he's being audited and he'll release his tax returns. Well, why not release them now Donny?

    Hopefully the latter.  If Trump loses, his movement still lives.  There needs to be a precedent for LAW AND ORDER!
