fortunately  i dont listen to your travel advice jeags.   i am very aware of what is happening in the countries i choose to visit. and i am doubly aware of what is NOT happening in those same countries.  i can send you a postcard if you like.

So true.  Ironically I have ten Vietnam veterans talking to my 8th graders today.

I tend to think that Iran likely had an invisible hand in this situation.  And why wouldn't they?  It is creating what benefits them, a rift between the US and Europe on the issue.  Is it a coincidence that they announce the increase in enriching uranium a few days later?  They know that Trump has spent 2 years insulting allies, and now the US needs pressure from Europe, but it won't be forthcoming, so long as Iran doesn't overplay its hand and get too aggressive.  Trump created this situation 100%.

lets be honest, it doesnt take much for the US to go apeshit over nothing. in this case, the israelis whispering sweet nothings in the ear of washington, making them think that maybe, possibly something could happen despite  in all likelihood nothing  will happen. washington is notoriously trigger happy and as amusing as i find it at times, its deadly fucking serious and it ends up with the deaths of innocents. when will the US realise that sanctions do not work. violence does not work.  i seriously do not understand why the US chooses to freak out about certain countries when they cosy up to far more dangerous countries. yes israel im looking at you.  its like watching othello.

This has as much to do with Trump trying to undo every Obama success as anything else.  That's how shallow and racist he is.

It will be tragic if we look back at tRump as some political genius.

I have to admit that his approach to the media trying to call him out is perfect.  He loudly denies reality and his chud (followers) believe it.  The George Stephanopolous interview was amazing.  tRump is as stupid as we think he is but he is so confident he comes across as legit.

He would immediately fall apart if the GOP leaders would do their jobs.

Here's some interesting irony.. Everyone blasts the "elites" not representing the people and blah blah blah.  Well now we see, first hand, why the Founding Fathers so distrusted the people.  You see what the people are capable of doing.  They saw it first hand during the French Revolution.  We all know that most Republican Senators certainly, think Trump is a POS.  But they are afraid of the Republican voter.

absolutely... the guy is a fucktard and has no right to hold the office he does. he is the ultimate example as to why 'democracy' is a crock. he is clueless, extremely undiplomatic, only became a politician the day he was inaugurated and even now i hesitate to call him a poitician. does he read? does he listen? does he think critically? is he surrounded by knowledgeable people that can guide him in  a positive way? can he make a decision that isnt solely based on his ego? he has absolutely no redeeming features.

i hate humidity.  and besides when i go to the caribbean it will be to cuba. i have nothing to fear in iran... tis not as if im american.
