Big smile, taking in those big chinos.
I'm really worried about what will be said at the D-Day celebration.  This is last milestone that will be attended by actual veterans.  Reagan at 40 delivered a wonderful speech about allies, sacrifice and the perils of isolationism.  The 50th was very good along with Obama's speech.  I fear this one will be both isolationist and reactionary.  Trump has terrible speechwriters.  And he delivers a terrible speech.
I wouldn't worry too much. The bar is very low for this president, nobody in the international community is expecting anything but shit.

Shartted his previous pants on the way over and had to borrow a pair from Chris Christie.

No, he always wears his pants like this - you'll see the same fit in every photo of him. It is because he likes them like that. For whatever reason, he feels most comfortable in super baggy clothes/suits and specifically requests them to fit like that. I read that somewhere, I think during his campaign.

I know but it's D-Day 75.. I mean Christ, is it too much to expect him to give a normal speech?

Team Trump Treason will disparage members of the western alliance, slight them in some way by saying how it was all USA, USA, USA all the way and then blow his dog whsitle for the far right anti-immigrant white supremacists. He'll go after Merkle while prasing the far right leaders. Team Trump Treason hasn't a clue. "Good people on both sides."

Lol! I guess, but that still doesn't explain why he wants them to be way too long and dragging on the floor. Same with his jacket sleeves. He likes them hanging over his hands. He must just really like the asthetic of baggy suits, lol. Perhaps he thinks it looks more like a zoot suit??
