The Russian hackers hit systems in 39 states in all, Bloomberg reported, citing people with direct knowledge of the U.S investigation into the matter.
Evidence shows hackers attempted to delete or alter voter data in Illinois, according to the news outlet. Hackers also accessed a campaign finance database in at least one state.
With all technology vulnerable it will be tougher to trust elections in the future.

I bought a used power steering pump from a junkyard on ebay. 50 dollars. I understand basic Honda concepts, but I'm no mechanic. When I got around to bolting it onto my car, and attached the belt that connected it to the engine, the pulley that operates the pump was just a little off, so it wobbled pretty noticeably. I contacted the seller and told them that I would be returning it. It was in their return period and they said I didn't need a return authorization code. A few days went by and I still hadn't taken it off the car, it had been rainy and cold and that immediately became 87 to 95 degrees. The few days turned into a week. I got a message from the seller, asking if I had sent it back yet. I knew that the end of the return period was quickly approaching.
I told him that I was going to, but I was in DC over the weekend trying to MAGA.
Their response? "no need to send back....I will refund you in full....sorry again for the inconvenience" Should I feel bad?
