    Right 243 isn't far off, maybe 250, 260? I'd be shocked at anything over that. Regardless 243, 260, 300 - on him that's very very fat.

    No, I understand - I'm not conflating the two, hence why I was saying SCOTUS's decision is irrelevant. It's just that his actions lead the way for what a Democratic president may want to call a national emergency on (as House Speaker Pelosi reiterated above).

    So on a personal note - if it is guns and gun violence that the possible Dem president in the future wants to go after, then I say: Fuck. Yes.
