    This website (https://www.calculator.net/ideal-weight-calculator.html) puts the ideal weight of a 6'1" 70 year old between 169 and 183. 
    My 77 year old dad is 6'1" and down to 147lbs. He has always been a serious runner and still runs everyday, but he is now at least 20lbs under what he should be, and practically looks like a concentration camp victim. We are all worried about it, but he insists it's good so he can keep running with ease. It's not healthy at all. Anyway, I mention this because Trump reportedly weighs about 100lbs more than my way too skinny dad... and yep, that seems absolutely right, considering that Trump has no more muscle than my dad does, and considering what one pound of fat looks like:



    Yes, for sure Trump reasonably weighs 243. There is no way Trump weighs 100 of those blobs more than my stick figure father.
