What is meant is that wikileaks isn't necessary if the POTUS is going to give away the government's most valuable secrets freely. To show off.

It implies that, you would be the party which would need to infer it based upon the implication. It may be that "who needs" as a shorthand for "who needs ____, when ______" is not a common phrasing in Canada. It may be that you didn't read about Trump supposedly giving away top secret info to a literal Russian spy to show off. Who knows, the implication was relatively solid in context though.

In order for impeachment to happen, we will need this bobblehead congress to take action. Probably wont happen. It seems like many want to ride into the lava with Trump.

I think our best hope is this just gets too much for trump to handle and he breaks down mentally and physically. I think its coming.
It's moving, albeit slowly. His upcoming overseas trip will add fuel to the fire. GOP'ers are distancing themselves, particularly those up in 2018. Untenable to continue to be associated with and/or do Trump's bidding because there's no brilliance to be seen.

For congress to do anything, they'll have to perceive that their association with trump or their lack of action will hurt them in the next election. Otherwise they won't see a need to act.

The projections were wrong because a few of the swing state polls were inaccurate. National numbers were right just like they are now.
