    For now let's ignore Cohen's Senate testimony and focus on the plea agreement.
    Here are a few things that I'm sure most of the AMT intelligentsia already know about campaign finance laws, the rule of law and how some pertain to POTUS. I'll go through them anyway.
    Per the plea agreement that I posted somewhere in here, the two counts that potentially implicate Trump are counts 7 and 8, both having to do with campaign finance laws. Note: think of campaign finance laws as parking tickets for not paying the meter.
    (Bonus question? Which POTUS accumulated the highest amount of "parking tickets" ever?)
    In count 7, (woman 1 McDougall) corporation 1 is American Media Inc, parent company of the National Enquire (yup that one!) According to FEC law, in order to violate campaign finance laws the corporation must be a federally chartered company. Unfortunately, AMI is not a federally chartered company, it is simply a Delaware corp. Does the payment by Cohen to the National Enquire qualify as a campaign finance violation?
    Payment to woman 2 (Stormy!) was made by the Trump Organization to Cohen via phony invoices. I'm not sure who executive 1 and 2 are in the Trump Org but I'm fairly certain Trump Org is not a federally chartered company. I believe it is a private real estate company. Is the Stormy payment subject to FEC campaign finance laws?
    Okay if count 7 and 8 are easily defended (see USA v John Reid Edwards) then what about the two Aiding and Abetting charges?
    Unfortunately, aiding and abetting is commonly thought of as an offense in and of itself, but unfortunately it is not an independent crime under 
    18 U.S.C. § 2. Without count 7 and 8 there cannot be aiding and abetting. So what does all this mean you ask? It sure seems like Cohen, a lawyer, pled guilty to made up crimes or crimes that could have been easily defended against most of which has the favor of legal precedent.
    Why would he plea out? Hmmm.

You focused on 2 of 8 and while you reference the indictments you conveniently can’t find, you really should read the plea deal and consider them together, in context. There’s a whole lot of conditions and expectations in that document as well as acknowledging his guilt, forfeiting the right to appeal and leaving sentencing up to the court regardless of which sides’ sentencing guidelines are followed. 3D trying to make it sound tricky or nefarious to distract from what by now should be obvious, Team Mueller is going after Team Trump Treason as RICO. And I don’t mean Puerto or Ricardo. Now go have a Big Mac for BK as you go to the post office to mail the poster and Western Union the rubles.

    Those questions are important when trying to understand what leverage the prosecutors had to compel Cohen to implicate Trump? Why would Cohen cop a plea to those two made up crimes (7 and 8)? "my wife, my daughter and my son, and this country have my first loyalty.”
    Look at counts 1-6, tax evasion and filling false reports, statements to lending institutions. His wife signed those docs too although she is not named as a defendant. Wonder why?

    As I previously mentioned, the plea deal has some really juicy dots. But like podesta’s emails, 3D takes everything out of context and cherry picks what s/he thinks is relevant as to why Tesm Trump Treason isn’t, well, who knows but I think 3D is afraid of Russia, russia, russia collusion (say it 7Xs) being exposed as a RICO.

    The 4 month old Cohen plea deal certainly made good headlines coupled with the Manafort verdict. Lanny Davis made the rounds (he says the dossier claims about Cohen are false, ooopsy), Rachel Madcow disease spread like wildfire with calls for impeachment.
    It's all good theatre and most on AMT Intell lap it up.
