Queens Gambit was good.  I could have done with less of the non-chess stuff but I get that they had to put more of that around it.
Chess / competition parts were enough to keep me interested throughout.
I'm not sure I see another season....seems like it ended perfectly

I don't think I would watch if they did extend, somehow.

I did watch S1 E1 of the Crown last night.  Seems very good.  I didn't realize that it was true to life.

Yes, completely. The details about historical events that they cover in it are fascinating.

It was sad to watch the King deal with cancer...the scene where he joins to group singing was sad as hell

of course that was followed up by a hunting scene which kind of pissed me off but still seems like a great show

I recently re-joined Netflix only to FINALLY watch Breaking Bad, lol I know....but this thread has been awesome now I am overwhelmed with all this stuff I wanna watch. Anyways, I just finished Dead To Me, LOVE christina applegate.

Oh and I watched that Fyre Festival documentary.... cuh-reepy!

My favorite was Bloodline before season 3 and I agree with whoever said the ending ruined everything and pretty much life itself.

Has anyone watched Virgin River? I want to start that.

Rainn Wilson's docuseries "We are the Champions". It documents strange contests across the world. My favorite episodes were the downhill cheese chasing race and the hot pepper eating contest.

I like that show for the most part.  Phil's constant smile kind of gets on my nerves.  And his lips.

That show reminds me of Bourdain's show which is excellent.  It doesn't go far off the path of "normal" food but it's still interesting.

Season 2 of Cobra Kai is VASTLY inferior to the first one. They took themselves way too seriously.

I'll still give the third season a go, but I was pretty disappointed in 2.

Karate Kid is my wheelhouse. I did not get the hype with this show. I mean cool to see all these old heads come out of the woodwork, but I just didn't think it was that great.
