Why do I get the feeling domestic attacks are going to go up around the country. Why was is it so difficult to give a 7 day warning that you maybe detained if you're from these countries. This then generates a massive freakout...some of which might be justified...and then he comes back with the fact that he is just enforcing current law as established by a democratic administation. This exposes the left as being hypocrites and/or being unserious. I am not blaming Obama here but there was previously a 3 month ban on Iraqi immigrants under his watch and now Trump is advocating for a 6 month ban from Obama selected countries as per the law. If it was acceptable then it will be acceptable now regardless of the outrage.

I sit here in my home safe and sound tonight as a 4th generation American. As I read about everything going on today I can't help but feel disappointment, frustration and anger. I work at a College whose population is 60% diverse with some of the biggest majority coming from Somalia and other Muslim affluent countries. Several are refugees and asylee. We work with them on a daily basis helping them to get an education and successfully assimilate in to our culture. I employ over half of my work study positions with students who are 1st generation College students from these countries. Because of them I have learned about the hardships they and their families have gone through in their country and to get to the US.
Only a white upper class male with no cultural exposure could implement such a completely ludicrous order. This fucker probably doesn't know anyone personally from these countries. As others have stated, how the hell do the countries we've virtually been in some sort of war or conflict with for over the last 20 years avoid his idiotic order? Oh yeah, oil and money. America, land of the paranoid xenophobic racists. The rest of the world is taking note.
