    I personally have no doubt the Russians tried to hack the election, i.e. Gain access to manipulate outcomes. I'm not convinced they were successful. That said, the 25% of voting machines in use that leave no paper ballot trail is of an urgent concern. But those who initiated those did it for self serving purposes not realizing the potential exposure to foreign malfescence. Good luck putting that genie back in the bottle.

    I agree about Rubio. But take that with a grain of salt. The Republicans on this committee have been quite sad. Any level of logical questioning from one of them really stands apart from the others.
