Do you know if they sold out? (Of the posters that is)

  • According to Metalsucks.net, over 60 people were thrown out of the Reading show for taking pictures.

i didn't see anyone get thrown out, did see one security guard tell a lady to turn off her phone after she took a picture.  Although this was during the opening band.  I was afraid to even look at my phone during APC.

    The doomed sounds awesome live.

    APC killed it last night.

Yes, yes they did. Great show. Maynard's voice was in top form. Counting Bodies Like Sheep was something else. Not to mention the three song start to the show. Highly recommend seeing them if they are coming near you.

I was disappointed that there were so many empty seats. Many people missed a great show.

  • Portland was just as good as Boston.

In Boston we got People are People, Thinking of You & Gravity (which was stunning). In Portland, those were replaced by What’s So Funny Bout Peace..., A Stranger and Magdalena (which was probably the highlight of the night - that song tore the roof of the f’ing place).

This band seems to be clicking on all cylinders.

Yup, that black & silver one is the generic tour poster, but there are individual posters for each show too. Here’s the poster for Reading:
    https://www.reddit.com/r/aperfectcircle/comments/7axv85/event_poster_reading_pa_11417/?st=J9YV1B2D&sh=ae865bf8

That’s one of the coolest of the tour IMO. We got a great one for Portland too:

They’ve been doing a bang up job with some of these posters. I will definitely be framing & hanging the Portland print at some point down the road.

Congrats to you folks who scored tickets, you’re all in for one hell of a show.

Had to pass on the $60-$160 signed poster a little expensive for this guy.

    Everything over priced.

someone should tell Maynard to stop playing Imagine terrible cover that consistently destroys momentum.

I’m no fan of Imagine, but if I were to tweak the setlist, Hourglass would be the first one to go, without a second thought. The 3 Libras remix would be next.

A few tweaks of the setlist would have made this tour epic, but whatever. It was still really damn good.

The Doomed has me hooked.  The lyrics are (as always) thought-provoking and even disturbing, and watching the video only punctuates the tone.  New subtleties I see each time.

Iha just stares in an almost accusatory way, Howerdell looks like he's about to break into tears, Matt McJ has those EYES, and Maynard is fucking Maynard.  Said a million words in tiny facial changes.

Such a beautiful, brilliant, expressive son of a bitch.
