George W. Bush calmly (and, perhaps, cluelessly) sat there while his staff gathered information. We can debate whether not wanting to alarm the children was the right move at that moment, but if we're being honest most can also understand the logic in that decision.

Trump I fear would jump up and scream, "OH MY GOD! Someone needs to DO SOMETHING!" before running out of the room.
