Also, if the carbon footprint was really the concern these Yields and No Codes could have been packaged and shipped together rather than separately. I'm betting many (most? almost all?) of us who bought one from 10C bought both. No need for separate packaging and multiple shipments which were delivered by different trucks on different days. Shipping together could have legitimately reduced the carbon footprint.
Seriously, where the F are my LPs? Ordered the 45s from amazon, received them on friday...this is pretty terrible service. May i suggest a $10 store coupon to make this right?
You've waited over 20 years, what's a few more weeks? But seriously, it has to be frustrating for people desperate to hear two of the finest Pearl Jam albums on vinyl.
Mine has been in Jersey since Sept 2nd. It's going to turn into a Springsteen album if it doesn't cross the river soon
Just checked my tracking for No Code (only one I got) and it is supposed to arrive today. I am the most impatient person ever, but this is not a new album or anything, so I am ok with waiting a bit. It is what it is and we all knew how it would be shipped when we ordered from 10c. All the noobs should search for Mail Innovations in the forum. There's tons of funny threads
Please, Pearl Jam, consider a Benaroya Hall vinyl reissue!
This is completely unacceptable and shows how little the Ten Club cares about its members/fans. If you want something on its release day, then don't order from the Ten Club. I learned this lesson years ago, & it's sad to see nothing has changed.
Tell the captain 'This boats not safe And we're drowning.'

Yeah.. the only time I do it is when I'm 'hopeful' that there might be something special in it. For example, the handful of blood red Seattle Mad Season, etc. TMR, on the other hand, is delivering my new JW album today, which will be a day earlier than release. They use media mail which I think is awesome. It's cheap and fast.
Tracking # generated on 9/1 for Yield finally has an update - estimated delivery of 9/12. Tracking # generated on 9/2 for No Code shows it still has not been shipped.
Didn't these get released last week?
Osaka, Japan (2/21/95), San Diego (7/10/98), Las Vegas (10/22/00), San Diego (10/25/00), Las Vegas (6/6/03), Las Vegas (7/6/06), Los Angeles (7/9/06), VH1 Rock Honors (7/12/08), Ed Solo (7/8/11), Ed Solo (11/1/12), Los Angeles (11/23/13)
Yield arrived in OH yesterday, No Code and all of the singles have been shipped...and EVERY ONE of them has it's own tracking number. Seriously, 2 LP's and 5 singles in 7 separate shipments - how many chances can we give Mail Innovations to eff things up?
jaja no sheat... just saw singles were shipped individually. makes no sense . no code has been ready for pick p since 9/2 for me. plus it goes to Texas so my guess 3 weeks from now I will have it.
Yield arrived today No Code is on the scenic route
i like how it traveled from Bridgeport NJ to Cap Heights MD (close to where I live) and then back to NJ in 3 minutes. Amazing.

Tiki - I'min VA and mine took the EXACT same route, even the three minute detour back up to NJ. It's now sitting in Capitol Heights for whatever reason. My Yield arrived on Friday and No Code is still on tour. WTF is wrong with USPS media mail? I send blu rays through that all the time and it is dirt cheap and fast!
That "trip" from Bridgeport to Cap Hts and back isn't really a trip. It's just UPS notifying USPS to expect the package.

this is a joke. i order shit online all the time. i order from other bands all the time. nobody else takes this long to fulfill an order that i paid for MONTHS ago.
This show, another show, a show here and a show there.

It's saving the environment from a bigger carbon fartprint... or not. It seems pretty obvious to anyone who has ordered from 10c that the system needs an update. It just doesn't work very efficiently. Customer service is great when something goes wrong, but actually getting the records in a somewhat timely manner is generally out the window. I don't think it's a bunch of impatient people. I hope that 10c takes all of this criticism from everyone as constructive and makes some changes. It should cost no more than 4-6 dollars to ship a couple records media mail with tracking and packaging. This is how most of my records arrive to me on a weekly basis(I have a problem).

I just split the plastic and NO CODE is on the Pioneer turntable ready to go to a SONY METAL 100 tape. Sorry, I know home recording is decimating the record industry...my bad.
So...I really do hate to complain. But this is frustrating for sure. The lack of timely scans/tracking info is just nuts. USPS Priority Shipping would likely have been cheaper & track-able. However...to someone's point earlier in the thread...I've waited 20 years for No Code so what's a few more days/weeks...

Agreed. It's apparent to me that no one is really "complaining to complain." I'll be happy when my vinyls arrive, be it tomorrow or two weeks from now. But the customer service concerns and criticisms of the way business is being conducted are more than warranted in my opinion.

FRAGILE sticker attached. no more bitching
Yield sounds amazing.
This WAY better than the 3rd man package, in my humble opinion.
