I usually wear a PJ shirt wrapped around my naked torso. It makes me feel closer to home. On a serious note I wore a hendrix shirt to grand rapids.

No its really not, unless its a shirt you bought that night. I thought this was common knowledge until I went a Pearl Jam show and so many people were wearing them. I don't get it, I am pretty sure we know why you are here, its to see Pearl Jam, you don't need to wear a Pearl Jam shirt to the concert, we all know you like Pearl Jam. I tend to wear another band's t-shirt like the Who, Hendrix, Nirvana, or whatever is clean. We all know you like Pearl Jam, so why not express some of your other musical loves.

Ditto. I usually wear my green 05 tour PJ shirt to most shows, but I'll prolly start wearing my Roo shirt or 08 tour shirt or 06 buffalo hoodie for my next 3 shows

Wow  I had no idea there were 'unwritten laws of fashion for attending concerts'..............not that I really give a rats arse anyway :D I've never been one to conform to fashion rules anyway :) I wear what I'm gonna be comfrtable in and it just works out that because I live in my PJ shirts....they are the most comfortable :D

Totally buy them and never wear them, just the novelty of having Pearl Jam buttless chaps would be crazy upon itself.

I dunno it was just what I was taught(I don't know by who), just kinda stuck to it. I went to the Tampa show and my buddy going with me was like "You aren't going to wear a Pearl Jam shirt the show, are you?" I was like hell no, so obviously there is an unwritten rule somewhere.

It's from an indie movie call PCU...90's Gen-X hipster film...that's one of the classic lines from the movie- not to wore a shirt of the band you're seeing.

Remember don't believe in everything you see/hear in movies. ;)

I just figured it was acceptable since what the else are you gonna do with the shirt? Oh yeah put it in your sweet new Pearl Jam tote haha.

I have a Choices t shirt but I was 5 when they were on Lollapalooza, so it certainly doesn't show any patriotism towards the band except for that the shirt kicks ass. The oldest shirt I have from a tour that I have actually been to is the scare crow from the Riot Act tour.

Who knew rock and roll had so many rules and fashion do's and don'ts ...

Wear whatever the hell you want to wear.

I'll most certainly be wearing a Pearl Jam shirt, and I don't give a fuck what any one thinks.

I'm going to be that girl.

I say wear what ever makes you happy, even assless chaps. I would say though for guys it seems almost mandatory to wear cargo shorts. 99.999999% of the guys at Camden II had on cargo shorts. I felt so out of place wearing jeans.

And I gotta say that flip-flops are NOT good concert attire. Unless you like your feet smelling like beer and possibly vomit, or you enjoy getting your bare feet stomped on by fellow fans.

Bought a sweet Mike McCready shirt at the pre-show benefit party last night, I'll be rocking out in that at some upcoming shows I'll tell you what. Hopefully I'll win the lottery at MSG and be front row and Mike will see my awesome shirt and give me a whole box of picks, shirt, towel, maybe an amp...
