7% odds are pretty crazy. A couple friends of mine want to go (one of which is also 10c member), so myself, my wife, and my friend are all entered, but that still only gives us a 21% chance of acquiring a 2nd pair.

I hope you get picked, but I don't think having three entries triples your chances.

Technically your right. The draws are independent of each other, so it's not really 21% all together. It's 7% chance on each draw (as one draw doesn't impact the next draw). That's reaching pretty far back in my economics stats classed from university.... I don't think I remember how to calculate the probability of at least 1 of 3 independent events occurring :)

You are totally correct mrussel1...you will still only have a 7% chance of getting the tickets you requested due to the large number of entries...each "random" pick will be individual and not be effected by holding multiple picks. Now, if there were only 14 people who put in for one Seattle ticket (1 request would roughly amount to a 7% chance) then having three would make a difference. Let's say that 2000 (?--more/less) people have put in requests for what would amount to 140 seats in this scenario, you can see that holding three makes little difference. Uh-oh...nerd alert is sounding.

With all of that said, best of luck to Zod...I hope you get the tickets...because, when it comes down to it, it doesn't matter what the odds are as long as you get the tickets...Therefore, it will be 100% one way or the other...

San Fran's presale still has decent odds - I wonder if that's due to the venue being all GA. Might consider going there - is it a decent venue to check out a show?

Thanks. I'm pretty stoked about the show. Saw Chris Cornell play here a few nights ago (the day after the tour was announced). He played about four ToTD songs including say hello to heaven (Which was the first time I think I'd seen him play that one). It had me pumped for the upcoming ToTD show :)

Ah, I'm so gutted to have missed that CC show, but just couldn't make an island trip after Pemberton and before Fenway.

Good luck Zod, I'm with you... hoping hoping hoping every minute...Wednesday can't come soon enough.

I've been waiting 20 some years for this, can't believe it's happening! When I first saw the 10c email, I just thought it was for a reissue. Couldn't believe it when I saw the word TOUR!!!!

Was 46% this morning, pretty good odds. I considered it, but getting there on a Friday was a factor, so trying LA.(34%)Hope to score a hometown show.

Almost positive that's a fake. That person had also tagged another seat in the pit but then moved it. Was on it pretty early and didn't see anything available in the first 10 or so rows. I'd imagine those rows are 10C or held back.

I scored QQ right center in Philly. It's not front row, but it's about 22nd? I'm friggin' thrilled. Good as front row for me!

Too much hairspray for me. Although that was during the pre-Black album/sellout days for Metallica.

Journey and Cheap Trick would rock the house.

That would be news to me. I'm only aware of a few shows they played in Seattle in '91. I don't think TOTD has played any official shows outside of Washington State.

There's video of Eddie/Chris performing Hunger Strike but I assumed one of them joined the other's band on stage to do it (and only happened at a few shows). I didn't think they did any official sets as ToTD. At least not at the lolla I went too (Vancouver).
