Ok so you were referring to the shooters as " They " not the protesters ...Tv has a picture up of person of interest who they say shows him in camouflage shirt with strapped riffle ..I can't tell if he does have a rifleEM194007 said:
Who ever said they were the protesters? Said it happened at a protest.josevolution said:
Yeah really from all reports the shooters appear to be snipers not protesters ..Bentleyspop said:

Backed up--11 officers shot, 3 dead. Reports of a possible bomb downtown as well."The stars are all connected to the brain."0

If it's the one in camo with the rifle on his right side, he is not 100% confirmed as one of the shooters yet. That's coming from my friend who is a Texas Highway Patrol Officer.cp3iverson said:Picture released of one of the suspects. I cant link to it properly

Damn another picture shows the guy in camouflage shirt with rifle by his side so he was standing with protesters and no one called the cops , this is insane !
Oh yeah I forgot in Dallas you can carry out in openPost edited by josevolution onjesus greets me looks just like me ....0 -
Dallas PD is calling him a suspect. He was seen carrying a rifle. Of course, with open carry in Texas, you can take a rifle to a peaceful protest."The stars are all connected to the brain."0

Yes, I would have stated protesters shot police.josevolution said:

Texas has open carry laws.josevolution said:Damn another picture shows the guy in camouflage shirt with rifle by his side so he was standing with protesters and no one called the cops , this is insane !
So seeing people in a situation like this or just out and about carrying a rifle over their shoulder is very normal. For Texas.0 -
There were a lot of people open carrying at this event, as Texas is a open carry state.josevolution said:Damn another picture shows the guy in camouflage shirt with rifle by his side so he was standing with protesters and no one called the cops , this is insane !

An idiot reporter just asked a couple of bystanders, "So how are you feeling right now?""The stars are all connected to the brain."0

Open carry state how fucking ironic you can bring your weapon to a peaceful protest ...jesus greets me looks just like me ....0

No suspects in custody as of yet.0

Guy in camo has contacted the police, since being seen on tv as wanted, so, he is most likely not the shooter. Probably just open carrying at the protest.
Different suspect was in a shootout with DPD SWAT.0 -
Where were all the good people packing heat taking down 'the bad guys'?
I thought this was one of the home run points used to justify some guns and open carry?
* I've seen much footage and how
challenging was that for the law enforcement discerning who the shooters were? This is a significant reason why open carry is a very poor idea."My brain's a good brain!"0 -
NOTHING should be normal about carrying asault weapons in public NOTHING. What a truly fd up law. Its just sad, and none of this needed to happen. Common denominator in all these happens, GUNS, but lets continue to blame any and everything else.Bentleyspop said:

How absolutely fucked up terrible it is that these officers had to get killed before (or maybe even...) some laws about what types of guns are legal and where and when a person can carry certain weapons. We're not even talking all out gun ban here. We haven't even reached the first stage of common sense in some parts. Ridiculously bad shit."It's a sad and beautiful world"-Roberto Benigni0
