Especially #3. Comical to think Paul Ryan wants to keep either.

The sixth item was on immigration and the LAW, which is such a non issue to 98% of us.

I'm still supporting Trump in hopes that he will listen to his advisers, I still feel that Hillary is not fit to be POTUS and I still worry that Trump has a short fuse.......this election has been and will continue to be a game changer for politics', people are fed up and tired of the dirty business of politics' and this election could be a win win for everybody, meaning that elections in the future will be more involved and focused more on the needs of the American people and candidates doing right by the American people as well and not how it's been in the past.

    Godfather.

I truly don't understand. People talk about change as though you are simply pro-change or anti-change - not as though change is a spectrum ranging from 'far worse' to 'far better'. Even that's an oversimplification. Just because Donald Trump would be a different politician than his predecessors, does not mean he would be a far better one.
You don't understand this because you refuse to look at it from the otherside, and are buying way to much into what other people are selling you
Please, teach me or link me to a place where I can learn about the other side, oh wise one.

I disagree with his hawkish, divisive, paranoid, unsubstantiated fear-mongering platform. I think his obtuse, arrogant, obnoxious words combined with his masochistic chauvinism, desire for isolationism, and sentiments of white American supremacy are recipes for disaster in terms of all of America's current foreign relations. On the platform of the Republicans - I disagree with their anti-gay marriage stance, their religion-as-a-tax-haven position, their pro-gun and anti-gun regulation positions, their commitment to the political checks and balances when they favour their party and their vehement opposition when they don't serve their own interests, but most importantly, I don't feel that my humanist attitudes are represented by them whatsoever.

Do me a favour: don't call me a sheep. I'm not dumb or naive enough to blindly accept opinions as facts, and while I hardly think Hilary Clinton is the right candidate for the job, I definitely feel she's less bad than the buffoon.

If you support Clinton, why does it bother you? You shouldn't care what the GOP is doing. I mean unless you consider federal investigation a decent thing to he worried about, why bother?

How do you feel about the pending court case alleging Trump raped a 13 year old?

Is this how you feel because of Michelle Obamas plagiarization of her speech in 2008 or Trump getting the nod?
    Huh?

I find it interesting that the Republicans have had 2 straight days of Clinton bashing and not one word has been spoken about policy. Very telling.

Yeah, it's pathetic. Clearly, since there isn't a competition happening, they feel absolutely no need to address anything that means anything. And they're right. It's not necessary. At this point I feel like they will simply depend on those voters who will vote Republican no matter what, so they don't need to bother thinking or talking about anything complicated like policy.

The day I quote musicians, or listen to musicians for my political ideas, that's the day my brain stops working. Eddie was great friends with Johnny. You might not know this but Johnny Ramon was a republican gun slinging conservative

Which is what separates him from douches like Nugent who won't associate with anyone even slightly left of Hitler. The music came first. He wasn't a saint but he's way more rational than Nugent or that greedy jerk, Gene Simmons.

Plus, he died before the whole Halliburton thing so who knows if he might have realized what a scumbag Cheney was if he lived longer.

I don't think supporting Hillary has much to do with concern about the GOP convention and Trump's campaign. What really worries me (as an observer who is impacted by what happens in the US) is that there are elected politicians who are standing behind Trump and participating in the farce, and supporting the ridiculous ramblings of a man who I suspect is actually mentally unstable and who has literally no interest in the well-being of Americans or anyone else. That people, and especially active politicians are supporting Trump is very disturbing IMO. I think it says a lot about the fucked up state of the US government right now. The Republican party is falling apart and some people involved in governance and making law seem to think such things as religion in government, Nazi-esque policies and election tactics, bald-faced lying without shame, and voting for a thoroughly unqualified blustering Twitter addict is okay. That is a legitimate concern for anyone, whether they actually like Hillary or not. It is scary that many of the leaders of the most powerful nation on Earth are acting and thinking like this.
