    I got an email asking for my address and then heard nothing since. Really disappointing.
    Check your order history. I got the same e-mail and my order history now says a 2nd copy was shipped sometime after the end of July.

    How long ago did you guys email them? I had a response just before the end of July then a few days later it appeared in my order history. Having said that it's still not arrived.

    Got the email at the end of July asking for my address but then nothing in my order history. About 3 weeks ago so more than enough time to send another and for it to have arrived.
