    Got the same email. Good to see that emailing in numbers got us somewhere. Who knows maybe the band will sign ours like those ticket stubs. Nah, it'll never happen, never that lucky.

    Still no email about another being dispatched. Tempted to wait till the end of the year and just ask for a refund on my subscription. Really poor service.

    I sent an email on 30 July and got a reply on 31st asking for my address! I replied on 1 August, but not heard anything since! I presume they are a little busy this week! :-)

    Arrived in Greece a couple of weeks ago. Vinyl has ''Side A'' label in both sides. Haven't played it yet to check though.

    Im sure they are dealing with this, also supplied my address in reply to the same email. Maybe a batch got lost and they have had to reorder some?

    10c tries to operate like a business so therefore we are the customers yet quite often we get treated like rubbish, especially when it comes to things like this. This is nonsense where you may or may not get something you paid for at any random time within the next year or two.

    Yes but it's bordering on being unacceptable. If these appear in the shop before we get them, I will get make sure I get my subscription fee reversed.

    This was the email I got a couple of weeks back so if you've not contacted them I;d get in touch ASAP!.
