    I missed out, a lot went missing and I was not alert to it at the time.
    My 2011 went missing, they sent it to the wrong house number, someone had entered it into the new system at the time wrong complete with a different postcode to mine.

    Not yet. They are normally really good and respond very quickly. I guess we just wait a bit longer :)

    Last month I emailed 10c to change my user name as I had stupidly originally put my email address. They were great and within a couple of days it was all sorted. On the 21st June I got the confirmation email saying my user name had been changed. At the bottom of the email and without asking, they had volunteered info about the 10c single/deep magazine, pretty much in so many words, saying it had taken longer than normal to send out. I'm sure it said about European ones being sent out from a European distributor. I just had a re-check but unfortunatly the email will not load now..............bearing in mind that was just over a month ago.

    Well as the digital versions are available now this is really poor service from 10c. Why do I even bother paying extra for analog. Next year I might go digital and just buy the single in the shop.

    Good time would have been 7 months ago, its almost August now. I mean how many new orders for things will they take and ship before sending out something that was essentially paid for 1/2 year to a year ago.

    I have just had an email from 10c asking for my shipping address and saying they would look into it. I also mentioned this thread saying that it looked to be a wider problem with the UK. They're good people. :)
